subSUBLET.COM is intended to address the “less-than-sublet” market.  It provides a place for individuals and businesses to advertise spaces and find lessess for spaces, within commercial or residential property, that would not even be considered true sublets.  Likewise, it provides a means for individuals and businesses to advertise their requirements to lease such spaces.

A “subsublet” could also be small timewise as well.   For instance, a regular room or office may be available for rent for less than a normal lease, e.g., for as short as weeks or days, perhaps.

subSUBLET.COM will list online classified ads for those offering, as well as those requiring, what would be considered less than sublets.  The interested parties would contact the advertiser directly.  There will be no fees while this startup web site tries to take hold, so take advantage of this freebie while it lasts!
